Every guide on this site is written by the RTA Cabinets Ohio team, the people who stock, sell and deliver the cabinets it describes. This page explains how a guide is made, what gets checked, and how to tell us when something is wrong.
Who writes the guides
The RTA Cabinets Ohio team writes and publishes every post. We use AI writing tools to draft and tidy text. No guide goes up until a person on the team has read it against our own catalogue, the supplier specifications for the cabinet lines we stock, and the delivery terms shown at checkout. We do not publish under invented names, and we do not buy articles from outside writers.
What we check before publishing
- Cabinet sizes, construction details and finish names against the supplier documents for the seven lines we stock.
- Pickup, delivery and pricing statements against the terms at checkout, so a guide never promises what the store does not offer.
- Distances, drive times and ZIP codes on our town pages against a routed map from the warehouse at 4650 W 160th St and the delivery zone list in our store.
- Any claim about materials such as plywood or particleboard against the maker’s specification, not against another website.
Dates and updates
Each post shows the date it was published and, when we have revised it, the date of the last review. We update a guide when a stocked line changes, when delivery terms change, or when a reader points out an error.
What we do not do
We do not describe installations or tests we did not carry out. We do not take payment for placing products in a guide, and there are no affiliate links on this site. We sell the cabinets we write about, and we say so.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, call (216) 304-2020, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, or use the contact page. We correct the post and note the review date.
